Error installing Wordpress / cruntime140.dll 14.15 is not compatible with php built

Issue Summary

Hello, i am a new user of Local and I have troubles with creating my first site. When i add a new site, an error appears and then when i try to go on the brower i get a “502 bad gateway error”. I thank you a lot for the help !

Troubleshooting Questions

• It happens for all the site, every single time.

Replication

• Add a new site
• Create a new site
• Preferred
• Name and passwoord
• Then i continue and it starts creating the site.
• During the process, it stops and an error message appears, named “error installing Wordpress”
• In information of the website, it never shows WP version.
• When I try to go to the browser, i get a 502 bad gateway error.

System Details

• Local version is 6.7.0.

• Windows 11.

Hi @youngjimmy! The logs show repeated entries of this error: 'vcruntime140.dll' 14.0 is not compatible with this PHP build linked with 14.16 I found this article that might be able to help walk you through getting that fixed up:
