What version of Windows are you on @yuhana? It looks like there might be different needs based on your Windows version. Here is a more recent post I found.
We have a Windows Troubleshooting guide below that goes over some common items worth checking. For example, make sure you’re running Local as an admin user, that you don’t have any security blockers, and that Local has access to update your Hosts file.
thank you @Nick-B i already followed the guide change windows username without special characters or any spaces, deleted antivirus software .but when i try to start sites errors repeated
The screenshot is still showing a space in your username DARK PLUS - Did you change that windows user already? Or did you change the username only for your WordPress credentials?
If you’ve already changed the user then maybe in order to refresh here and start with a clean slate you could you give the below troubleshooting steps a try:
Export any sites that you have on Local and save them to a folder somewhere on your computer: Backup a Local Site - Local
Fully uninstall Local from your computer using your OS specific steps here: Uninstall Local - Local
Install the latest version of Local on this link: Releases - Local
Once installed, please restart the computer.
When the computer is restarted and turned on, close any applications that automatically run in the background (AntiVirus, Firewall, and other Developer applications included).
