Hi Regina. I faced this issue too. Have you recently changed the default site path. This might have caused the issue
I haven not changed the site path. I exported it from version 3.3.0 and installed it on the new version of local. During the import, I did switch the database to MariaDB.

Just to take the Local import out of the equation, I’ve decided to setup a new site on my Local (version 5.9.8_5191).

I imported several sites from version 3.3.0, which is still on the system.
I’ve also spun up a new site and that still is giving me the same message inside the Wordfence Diagnostics tool.
If I look at the Local Sites folder, I see the old and new versions so the path on the new site did technically change during the import.

My path is set to the default path, I believe. It follows this pattern. C/User/name/Local Sites/…
Mine is the same as what you are describing. The issue is only showing up in the Wordfence Diagnostics Tool page. I’ve had Wordfence support take a look and they didn’t seen anything.
Today, I created a new site and just installed Wordfence and I get the same diagnostic issue on the tools page. I’m pushing back on them too but I need to get this resolved.

Hello, I have the same 3 error messages in Site Health.
I am starting a new (empty) website in local 6.0 (WP 5.7.2 / MySQL 8.0.16 / php 7.4.1 / apache 2.4.43 (Win32)), no plugins, theme Twenty twenty one.
Any help ?
