Thank you for providing those error logs.
Here are a few things you can try 
- Do you have an Antivirus installed by chance? If so, I’d recommend checking out this forum thread with some ideas:
- Also, sometimes the error shown here indicates that the
wpclicommand that Local tried to run didn’t work. One option is to try and install this site on an older version of PHP to see if the site’s code is compatible with an older version.
