What issue or error are you experiencing?

An error message always appears during the installation(s):
Error Installing WordPress …
and at the end
missing --admin_email parameter (The email address for the admin user.) the command “–admin_email” is either misspelled or could not be found.

What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

Hi, @emiglio. Please could you try without special characters in the WordPress password, such as &. (These are not currently supported on Windows with WP-CLI.)
