Few questions, when I export a site from LocalWP, which is the SQL file I need to import on the production site? app folder shows sql folder, and sql.zip, both contain a local.sql file, which is the one I’m after?

Generally speaking, it would be the SQL file within your App > SQL directory, which would just be local.sql. I’m not sure why you have the sql.zip. You could try unzipping that and opening it in a text editor like Sublime to compare them. Or you could clone the site and import the extra database into the clone and see if changes anything.
