What issue or error are you experiencing?

I tried opening my site this morning but there is a fatal error and I have no idea how to fix it. The site was running perfectly yesterday. Please help! I’m completely lost.

What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

Hi @Yolandi

You might try disabling all of your plugins to see if you can get back in with those deactivated. You can do this by clicking on Open Site Shell and running the WP-CLI command wp plugin deactivate --all

You might want to keep an eye on this issue, #60888 (Fatal error when passing non-strings to `WP_Translation_Controller::load_file()`) – WordPress Trac

Hi @Yolandi

Were you able to get in by disabling plugins? This definitely seems related to what Afragen shared above so that thread might also be worth following.

There seems to have been some kind of conflict between WordPress, Divi Theme and Modula Gallery plugin after updates. I managed to deactivate the Modula plugin in the site folders and that resolved the issue instantly.
