After a crash and reinstalling Local half my sites are missing . to be honest I cant remember what happened.
I noticed that a few of my sites are missing from Local
Is there a way to get them back?

Hi there @billuk3 - welcome to the Local community! 
Are you using the most update to date version of Local?
If you locate your sites.json file located in the Local folder do you see all of your sites showing up there?
