Getting the following error while starting the site which was up until yesterday …

This is very erratic sometimes the old site link itself works. Lost 3-4 days of work due to this error.
There was no change in settings whatsoever.

Luckily was able to back up 10 days old work and restore and start from there.

Please suggest any pointers why this is occurring in-spite of having not made any changes to the settings at all.
