How do I pull from my local to my live site?

I’ve finally created a site on my local after exporting files from my live - now I would like to pull from my local site to my live sire or push from my local site to my live site. Every time I try performing a pull migration using WP migrate Pro I get this error message: cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: loolift.co.local

Please help

What host are you trying to migrate to?

Are you using the Push to Remote as shown here? Push or Pull?
