How does pushing and Pulling from Local work

Hello,

I have a couple of questions on how pushing and pulling works from Local to flywheel hosting -

  1. Is there a max size for sites that can be pushed, ie. can i push a 10gb site from Local without a problem ?
  2. After initial push, is Load designed to push only changes or the entire site regardless of the change made.

These may be more for flywheel but maybe someone on the team can answer -
3. Am i able to edit my wp-config file on with flywheel hosting ? is that an option ?
