How to fix LocalWP not starting/running

Local WP won’t open or run

I’m trying to open Local WP, but it won’t run. I’ve installed it several times and reinstalled it. It opens in the background, I stop it in Task Manager, I try to open it in “Run as administrator” mode, but nothing happens.

Have you had a look through our guide below? This Windows Troubleshooting guide has some common items worth checking. For example, that there are no security blockers, and that Local has access to update the Hosts file.
