HTTPS option when adding a new site

It would be cool if there could be a checkbox to select HTTPS when adding a new site.

Ticking this would:

  • Automatically trust the certificate,
  • Use the HTTPS prefix in the siteurl and home options in the wp_options table,
  • Force HTTP to HTTPS redirection.

This should be done in a way that keeps working after deploying live (.htaccess I suppose), otherwise we’re bound to forget about it.
