After I installed the localwp program and created a website, I get this message, and when I press OK, unfortunately, I have not set up the site. How can I solve this problem?

Sometimes this error will occur when there is a special character in the Windows username. You can see this thread for more info:
A work around is to use Local with a Windows user without any special characters.
