System Details

  • Which version of Local is being used?
    Latest version

  • What Operating System (OS) and OS version is being used?
    macOS catalina 10.15.

    • For example: macOS Catalina or Windows 10 Professional

Security Reminder

Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

Hi there @Guth-Rosensock-Art - welcome to the Local Community!

Thank you for your question, can you provide a little more information?

What process are you following to export your Woo Products?

Is the error occurring during exporting or importing?

If you could provide any screenshots or a screenshare video (Loom is a free tool you can use to create this) that might help isolate the issue, too.

Thank you!
