WP All-In-One Plugin Export Error on Local Site

Issue Summary

I’m having issues exporting my local site so I can upload it into a currently live site. I was able to export my current site using the plug-in, however, once I attempt to export the new site I designed on local WP, it pulls up an error stating to refresh my page. I have attempted everything I could think of. Restart my computer, clear the

cache, restart my browser, uninstall the plugin, and reinstall it. I seem to be out of luck.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

System Details

  • Which version of Local is being used?

  • What Operating System (OS) and OS version is being used?

    • For example: macOS Catalina or Windows 10 Professional
  • Attach the Local Log. See this Help Doc for instructions on how to do so:

Security Reminder

Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

Hi @braxtonsfm

Local has a native export feature you can use to create a simple zip export of your site. More details here: Import/Export a WordPress Site - Local
