Install Stuck on Local Image on Win10

Upgraded to 2.0.1 but when it starts I get the green check for Virtual Box and Host Machine, but Local Image just spins and is stuck on Installing.

Hi Mike,

Can you please provide Local’s log file? You can find it by clicking on the menu button in the top-left then going to “Reveal Local’s Log”

I have the same problem

I have the same problem exactly - same OS (Win 10) and same Log File output.
My PC has recently been reinstalled, so there really shouldn’t be any issues.

Anyone going to reply to this issue that others have been pointing out for months now?

If you’re having this issue please provide the entire local-by-flywheel.log as requested.

Am having same issue but with windows 7

Thank you for your answer, but unfortunately this is not working for me.

When running the installer, right-click on it and choose “Run as administrator” this may help.
