Instant Reload 502 error

After updating to the latest version of LocalWP, I’ve encountered an issue where the Instant Reload addon has stopped working, resulting in the following error:

502
Request Error
The page you requested generated a server error and could not be processed.
If you continue to get this message after refreshing, try restarting the Local site.

If the error persists, check the Local Router Logs in Local by going to
Help » Reveal Local Router’s Logs.

Error Log:

When I disable Instant Reload, everything works as expected again. Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a workaround? Any guidance on resolving this would be greatly appreciated!

Hey @yudikondo! This Instant Reload issue you’re running into is a known bug. I’ve merged your post into the Bug thread here. There are some workarounds, the easiest being to just switch your Router Mode to Localhost (Preferences>Advanced>Router Mode).

We recently posted our new Beta release and an update for the Instant Reload Add On that should resolve this. The Beta release will be a separate version of our Local app, so feel free to use it for testing otherwise you can wait for the regular release to drop in the coming days.
