I’m updating just a few pages, and I’d like to export them from Local and then import them to the live site using WP Importer. Is that possible, or do I have to do the entire site?

Hi @CathyCan! You should be able to use the native WP import/export to extract the pages you want and then import them into the live site. Here is what the export would like:
