At this time, Local has not been impacted by the WordPress.org issues. WP Engine is more dedicated than ever to supporting Local and continuing to enable everyone — WordPress novices and experts — to grow the global WordPress community. Additionally, Local always has been and always will continue to be free for everyone in the support of this goal.
