While creating a new website or deleting website it’s asking for a password. Is there any way for removing it?

Not at the moment. sudo-level permissions are required to edit the /etc/hosts file.
We may add the option to use a local DNS server down the road so the password prompt isn’t required, but there’s no guarantee on that.
