Live returns 404 page

When I am going Live, in all browsers retrns 404. But live link is enabled.

What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc

    local : 9.0.5
    Windows 11 Home

PHP: 8.1.29
Mysql: 8.0.16
