Hi, I have just installed this software on my windows 10 laptop, I’m completely new to this software, it installs enough to give a desktop icon, but when I open it it just hangs with a white screen, I have installed virtual box separately to see if that would help, I have also run it as administrator to see if that would help but nothing fixes it. Do you have any sugesstions as to what it holding it up?

It’s not even that it won’t start, it won’t go through the setup, it just hangs with a white screen, has anyone else had this? Desperate to get started with this.
