Flywheel infinitely stuck on start up

The app is stuck in its start up loop. Hung on “Local Machine Starting” then I restarted and now its stuck on “Local Machine Stopping”. Can’t do anything. Incidentally, I have a bunch of in progress sites so I am scared to nuke anything without further instruction. Thanks for the help.

PS: Incidentally, when I check “About Local (Version 2.2.4) > Check For Updates” it says I am up to date, though I see a new version was released… ?

For others experiencing the issue I stopped Local in VirtualBox, updated VirtualBox and restarted Local. Seems to have fixed it for me.
