Local by flywheel will not get passed Starting local macine

When I start local by flywheel, I get the initial Starting local machine but it just sits there sequencing the 3 green dots
and never gets any farther. Before this issue arose, I was able to open the app without incident. What do I need to do to
get the app to run? Thank you.

Can you please provide your local-by-flywheel.log file? Please see
"How do I retrieve Local’s log file?" for instructions on how to do so.

Hi Jerry,

It looks like there might be an issue with the VirtualBox disk.

Can you please try my suggestions in this post? Local App now hangs at Loading... screen
