When I run local the dashboard doesn’t appear.

can’t acces to the dashboard

I run Local but the dashboard doesn’t appear. I tried everything: uninstall and reinstall others releases, remove Windows 10 updates, reinstall the VirtualBox. I’m afraid of losing my websites already locally (I have no backup) … please someone can help me.
