Local showing as insecure despite being Trusted in Local

Issue Summary

I set up sites in Local. They show as SSL trusted. I go into the WP Dashboard and change the site and WP addresses to https.

Replication

The first time I open any site I create, it is shown as trusted in Chrome. I close the tab. Go in to the site a second time and it is now unsecure.

I have added Find and replace to the sites, and it shows 29 instances of http occurring. I replace them with https. I open the site - it is shown as secure. I close it and re-open it and it once again insecure. I am going round and round in circles. Can you help!?
