Logging Me Out & Changing Password

What issue or error are you experiencing?

I am using WP Vivid Backup plugin to restore a site on Local. It starts working and then when it hits 66% it brings up a pop up saying I am logged out. When I try to enter the password that I originally used, it says incorrect even though I have verified it is correct. No other password that I have save works and the restoration stops.


What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc

  1. start new installation of wordpress.
  2. login and save credentials.
  3. download and activate WP Vivid Plugin
  4. upload and start to restore files.
  5. error will always occur.

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

To start, can you create a new, blank site in Local and access that okay? I just want to make sure permission and privileges on your device are working correctly.
