Issue Summary
The setting New Site Defaults > Environment has no effect. I have mine set to “Custom”, but when I create a new site, the selection is not “Custom”, but “Preferred”.
Replication
phase 1;
- settings
- new site defaults
- Environment → Custom
- apply
Phase 2;
- add site
- type name, continue
- environment selection is “preferred” instead of “custom”
