Is there any way to use other hosting services other than WP Engine / FlyWheel like AWS or any other hosting service?

Local Connect only connects to WP Engine or Flywheel - you can read more about how that works here:
However, many Local users do take take their sites to other hosts.
To do this, you can either export the files from Local and then import them into your hosting provider, or utilize a migration plugin.
