Hi Nick , Thank you very much for helping with my Chromebook.
It works for now.. 
I have 2 other laptops, a Dell and Lenovo, the Local WP works fine but it does not allow me to open site or WP Admin..(page not found)
Do you have any suggestions??

Are these new, blank sites where you can’t access the admin or sites that you’ve already built and imported into Local? If they already have some plugins installed or a custom theme then it might be a conflict there in which case you could click on Site Shell and use a command like wp plugin deactivate --all and then see if you can get in.
These are new , blank sites.
What OS/OS version are the Dell and Lenovo utilizing?
They both are Microsoft Windows 10
Okay thanks! We have a Windows Troubleshooting guide below that goes over some common items worth checking. For example, make sure you’re running Local as an admin user, that you don’t have any security blockers, and that Local has access to update your Hosts file.
