It would be useful to see a log of when a site was Pushed and Pulled. This would be especially when remotely collaborating.
Being able to add a note to a push, and for this note to also be in the history.
E.g.
26/11/22 -14:34:32 GMT - [username] pushed [sitename] to [enviroment] - Note: updated header
