Request Error on all new sites since last update (Logs Included)

Since the latest update, new sites throw a 502 Request Error. The logs report the following:

2018/12/23 15:46:48 [error] 6#6: *6 upstream prematurely closed connection while reading response header from upstream, client: 192.168.75.1, server: template.local, request: “GET /robots.txt?1545580006519 HTTP/1.1”, upstream: “http://192.168.75.100:4228/robots.txt?1545580006519”, host: “template.local”

I’ve restarted and rebooted several times now. Please advise.

Furthermore, trying to re-provision the site hangs forever.

And sometimes when attempting to get a new site running it just doesn’t install WP…
