Reset sites after complete reinstall of Local and virtualbox

Hi,

I recently deleted all of my local by flywheel files and settings after it stoped working. After that i reinstalled local and its working again! Great! But now i doesn’t see my sites anymore even they are still in the same folder. When i try to import one i get a error saying there’s already a folder with local setting in that folder.

Hope someone can help me with this

I’d like to know how to do this as well. I see how it’s possible to import a ZIP of the wp-content and database.sql… but I can’t get it to work with the file structure Local creates.
