RESOLVED - Unable to Connect & Pull Flywheel Sites to Local

What issue or error are you experiencing?

I have recently installed Local on a new PC and am attempting to pull a build from Flywheel, as well as import a zip file of another build. Each time I attempted to import or pull the site I got the 'The site does not have MYsql, Nginx, or Mail Hog installed error. Local attempts to install the services when it tries to open the site, but get errors and can’t proceed. I am also unable to open the sites, or access WP admin. I created and was able to access a new site outside of Router Mode, but this site now doesn’t work in either mode.

I have very little mysql database knowledge and am not a backend dev, so am not able to understand or resolve these errors myself.

What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc

Anytime I attempt to open, pull or import a site from Zip i get what appear to be my sql connection issues.

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

I appear to have resolved my issues by completely removing the app and it’s files and then reinstalling!
