Retrieve site from hard drive

My OS (Windows 10) stopped working and i had to install a new harddrive with fresh Windows 10. Luckily I was able to back up ‘Local Sites’ folder from my old Hard Drive.
Now Can i Retrieve my Sites from this folder and get it working on Local again. Please help as all my hardwork is gone in vain.
I installed Local software again and copied all sites folders into the (new) ‘Local Sites’ folder, but my previous sites didn’t show up under ‘My Sites’ Tab.
