Search and/or Filter Sites in Local

It’s been a couple of years since @alvin raised the issue of the need for the Ability to Search and Filter Sites List.

I, myself, and I imagine many other users have tons of groups and sites. Locating them by collapsing/uncollapsing and or scrolling through an increasingly long list of groups and sites is getting quite cumbersome.

Any movement on this imperative management implementation?
