The logs are still full of the same error with the dyld: Symbol not found: message. Searching this on in the Forums here and turning up a lot of similar solutions to the above one I shared where updating the OS was enough to resolve this:

What issue or error are you experiencing? I bought a new Macbook last week and I’m new to both WordPress and Local. So far, I do really like the Local server as it downloads and installs WP automatically. This is a terrific feature and saves me some trouble. Every now and then, the Local team pushes out updates to the downloadable Lightning Services (PHP, MySQL, web servers, etc) in Local.
