I installed Local (Version 5.9.7) on my Windows machine but the websites do not open.

I installed Local (Version 5.9.7) on my Windows machine but the websites do not open. I installed Local on my Windows machine. I created a website, so far everything worked but when I click on open Site Site, the site does not open. I have IIS installed on my PC. I think this is what is interfering. Any tips for me to solve? I need to have IIS installed, I cannot disable it. Is there a way for the two to work together?
