Sites no longer start after upgrade to 6.3.0+5756

Issue Summary

Sites no longer start successfully after upgrade to 6.3.0+5756. No browser window will open. Sites also can’t be stopped in Local. Once you hit stop they keep spinning indefinitely.

Troubleshooting Questions

-All sites.

  • Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser? No
