Thanks for coming back. Here’s a picture of the Local Manager showing the site I managed to get the extensions loaded.

I made a full find and replace http=>https on this site before doing anything else. I tried a ‘Really simple SSL’ plugin - but this made no change and now the cURL error is back.
I found the folder with the crt files for nginx - which also has some deleted sites so I will try deleting these to see what happens - I haven’t found the Apache equivalent.
