This page - SSL Certificate on macOS - Local - is completely inaccurate and unhelpful. The keychain app within Mac has been revised and the screen shots no longer match.

Could you share a copy of your Local Logs? Retrieving Local’s Log File
I’ve been able to resolve this for myself. I created the ticket to notify y’all that the screenshots need to be revised to reflect changes Apple has made.
