Issue Summary

Installed latest version of local 5.9.8+5191 and imported a Duplicator backup.
The site starts fine but all Swedish charaters ÅÄÖ are wrong.
I also have Local by flywheel 3.2.1 where I also imported the same backup, here Swedish characters look normal

Troubleshooting Questions

  • Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?

  • Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?

I was able to create a new site with latest Local where the issue was not present

System Details

  • What Operating System (OS) and OS version is being used?
    • For example: macOS Catalina or Windows 10 Professional

I´m using macOS Catalina
