Hey @BALSE, I’m sorry that Live Link isn’t working. I have a few followup questions to help diagnose what’s going on.

  1. How long after enabling Live Link are others attempting to visit your site? I just want to make sure it’s not timing out.
  2. Could you provide a little more detail around the “dead” page others are seeing? I know you said your site is open. By that, do you mean that you’re using the exact same link as your sharing with others and it’s working for you but not them? If so, could you try accessing it through another device and taking a screenshoot of what you’re seeing.
  3. And it may or may not be a factor (but worth mentioning), that there’s always a chance that there are absolute paths being used that point to files on your computer and will only work from your computer.

Thanks for your help and patience with trying to diagnose the problem. We appreciate it! :slightly_smiling_face:

Hello,
I’m not in France until the end of the week, but I can tell you this:
It only works with Mozilla firefox and not with Chrome and internrt explorer.
Regards.
Didier Balse.

Hello
I’m back, can you tell me if it’s normal that the link does not work with Chrome?
Regards
