As the post title described, I cannot view the front-end completely, the front-end is a blank with an icon jumping at the center all the time, I can view the back-end but all sub-menu are invalid. Please suggest.

Do you see any errors in your browser’s developer tool’s Console tab?
Also, can you provide a screenshot of what you’re seeing?
