Issue Summary

I just First time installing localwp and the program it doesn’t work for me. i can setup local sites but i can’t access the web and admin dashboard it appears like this always. and it doesn’t appear any log error.

Troubleshooting Questions

Everything looks normal from the installing into set up the local sites… but when i click open site / admin site it appears “This page isn’t working” “is currently unable to handle this request.” “HTTP ERROR 503”

  • Which version of Local is being used?
    Newest Version

  • What Operating System (OS) and OS version is being used?
    Windows 10 Home, Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042

I already turn it off all security program like antivirus and others

Hey @izzannazzi - Welcome to the Local Community Forums!

Usually a 503 error means that whatever was “upstream” isn’t working. In the case of a WP site, that usually is due to the DB having issues, but it could be due to something else.

  • Can you please provide your Local Log? See this Help Doc for instructions on how to do so:
  • Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one?
  • Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site?
