Time Machine backups won't import with missing sql error no /app/sql folder (newer structure?)

I’m having an issue where I moved to a new Hard Dive/System and am trying to import sites from a Time Machine backup. I get an error about a missing sql file

In my case any recent sites created with local.app did not create a SQL folder in the /App/ folder so the import fails. Which begs the question, where IS the DB to those sites stored? Seems older sites that do contain the folder in app/sql works newer sites that do not don’t work. The DB has to be somewhere?!

Really need a resolution to this as I’ve a bunch of sites WIP
