Trying to create new wp site ends up with a tone of errors, site can not be created

Bug Summary

Just by trying to create new site i make local unusable

Steps to reproduce

starting new site project

Environment Info

You may need to check that your username doesn’t have any unique characters in it. This can sometimes happen with other alphanumeric characters and cause site spin-up issues.

After that check if you have any antivirus, security, or firewall applications that could be blocking Local.

Are you running other developer applications simultaneously? That could also cause similar issues. Apps like MAMP, XAMPP, or Docker for example.
