Cannot create new site Local version 5.5.3+3667

Previously create sites are working.

I tried to create a new one and decided to try to use Apache instead of Nginx and the other PHP choice. They downloaded but the WP install failed with an error message. I deleted and tried again with the default settings, then reloaded Local and tried with the defaults again. I have attached (I think) the log file and screenshot of the error message. local-lightning.log (167.9 KB)

I don’t know why, but it may be that the & in the admin password is causing an issue.

If it is it’s likely a WP-CLI issue with certain characters in passwords causing an early termination of the command.
