Hello,

My TFA from the Microsoft Authenticator app no longer works. I got a new phone and need to turn in my old one that has the authentication info, so time is of the essence.

This also isnā€™t the account itā€™s registered with, since I couldnā€™t log in to my actual account.

Any assistance would be great.

@ben.turner Hey there! Iā€™m running into the same issue as above. I keep being asked for a TFA code and I never set one up and donā€™t know how to get it. Any help would be so greatly appreciated!
