Hello,

My TFA from the Microsoft Authenticator app no longer works. I got a new phone and need to turn in my old one that has the authentication info, so time is of the essence.

This also isn’t the account it’s registered with, since I couldn’t log in to my actual account.

Any assistance would be great.

I don’t ever remember setting a 2FA code, but the system won’t let me logon without one. Can you send me rest instructions please.

I am having this same problem again.

Local accepts my username and password and sends me to a screen that prompts me to enter a 2FA verification code, which I never receive. I am assuming the 2FA code is sent to the email associated with my account. I tried resetting the password – and I receive that email, but I again do not receive the verification code email.

I had this problem on October 15th. You turned off 2FA and allowed me to log into my account without it. I turned it back on as you suggested. Since then, Local has been automatically logging me in without prompting me for my password when I click ā€œLog in to Localā€ from my user profile options.

But today, I was prompted to enter my credentials again, which led to this situation with 2FA.
